Mentors: Professionals from different careers who have a strong spirit of leadership that makes them be eager to share with others and make a lasting impact on the country’s future. Each student will be assigned to a mentor who is currently playing a successful professional role in the career (or a related field) the student is pursuing. The mentor will guide the student through his/her college career. The mentor & the student will maintain monthly follow-up meetings to guide the student in his academic progress. The goal is that the mentor would be a benchmark for the student in the professional arena.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent)
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Currently working in a intermediate or higher level position.
- Be willing (& able) to invest at least 2 hours per month with their assigned student.

Mentores. Profesionales de diferentes carreras que tienen un fuerte espíritu liderazgo que les impulsa a compartir con otros y hacer un impacto duradero en el futuro del país. Cada becario será asignado a un mentor que se esté desempeñando profesionalmente en una carrera a fin a la que esté estudiando. El mentor guiará al estudiante a lo largo de su carrera universitaria. Mantendrá reuniones de seguimiento mensualmente con el estudiante para guiarlo en su progreso académico. El objetivo es que el mentor sea un punto de referencia para el estudiante en el ambito profesional.
Requisitos:
- Poseer título universitario.
- Tener al menos 2 años de experiencia profesional.
- Estarse desempeñando actualmente en un puesto de mando intermedio o superior.
- Estar dispuesto(a) (y ser capaz) a invertir al menos 2 horas mensuales con su estudiante asignado.
